Smoked haddock fillet served with champ, broad beans & sorrel with a whole grain mustard sauce

Rump and confit shoulder of lamb with pissaladière, black olives and cherry tomatoes
Baked salmon on a bed of baby braised fennel served with minted new potatoes and a cherry tomato & mascarpone sauce
