Predominantly a blend of Chardonnay with a dash of Grenache Blanc. This is a fruity full flavoured white with plenty of character.
Cazalets Sauvignon - France (Sauvignon) 2006 - £15.00
A dry crisp clean Sauvignon from high altitude vineyards north of Beziers. Tailor made by Xavier Luc Linquin to exacting standards.
Pulenta La Flor Sauvignon - Argentina (Sauvignon) 2007 - £16.00
Grown in the shadow of the Andes Mountain range these vineyards are irrigated using water running down from the snow capped peaks.
Pinot Grigio - Italy (Pinot Grigio) 2006 - £17.50
A ripe balanced Pinot Grigio, showing just what the variety can do when handled with care. This excellent example has an extra depth of fruit and flavour not normally found at this level.
Lu Lu Viognier - Australia (Viognier) 2006 - £19.00
Originally found in the Rhone and in particular Condrieu this fashionable grape has a creamy apricot ripeness and makes a refreshing change from Chardonnay.

A steely dry mineral fruit made from the Chardonnay grape variety. A wine of poise with a ripe intensity on the palate.

Rose Berrys - France (Grenache) NV - £14.25
With soft red fruit notes and an easy dry finish this Grenache based rose is very reminiscent of a rose from Provence.

A mainly merlot blend from southern France. Here in the hands of Jean Luc Terrier he has crafted an approachable wine that has flavour and character.

Deep ripe notes of plum and black fruits with a long and succulent finish. Merlot is the grape behind the wines of St Emilion and Pomerol.
La Flor - Argentina (Cabernet Sauvignon) 2006 - £17.95
A seductive Cabernet with red berry fruits spice and cedar.
Tantalus - Australia (Shiraz Cabernet Malbec) 2004 - £19.00
A three way split of grape varieties each bringing their own distinctive flavour and character to the blend. Cabernet for structure Shiraz for ripeness and Malbec for depth.

A richly robust fruit with plenty of backbone and flavour. San Juan lies to the north of Mendoza where the hot dry days and cool night optimise the maturity of the grapes.

Known as the Queen of the Beaujolais Fleurie is approachable and highly quaffable. One of the ten villages permitted to use its own name.

With vineyard holdings mainly in the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Mesnil and Oger this Champagne is a 40%blend of Pinot Noir and 60% Chardonnay. A fruity floral nose with a fresh long palate with a hint of hazelnut and honey.
