Tighter budgets, shorter lead times? We can help…Show/Hide
It is without doubt that over the past couple of years event budgets have become considerably tighter and event organisers are finding themselves under increasing pressure to deliver first class events with shorter lead times. This has had a knock on affect to each and every supplier within the industry and as a venue provider, we have adjusted the way we work to ensure that we continue to provide outstanding service for our clients and meet their ever-changing needs.
By offering bespoke pricing for events, which has been calculated based on the clients specific requirements, we have the opportunity to be more creative and flexible, therefore offering our clients a package which fulfils their needs and offers great value. Our clients appreciate our transparency and desire to provide them with exactly what they require, rather than trying to shoehorn them into a package that is within their budget but doesn’t always address their event needs.
We focus our attention on adding value to our client events wherever possible.
“More for less” still remains the buyer’s mantra, with clients having to justify all purchasing decisions to comply with smaller budgets. It is important that we don’t just cut back our services and drop our prices – there is no compromise when it comes to quality. We want to ensure our clients have everything they need to make their event a success. If we can help by offering an all-inclusive AV package or a free upgrade, where possible we will.
If you have an event coming up then please do give us a call on 020 7470 4871 or email enquiries@76portlandplace.com - we would be delighted to discuss how we can assist you.
